Organization Membership Eligibility and Criteria

Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, subject to the provisions in Section 22, any person, without the fulfillment of the following conditions shall be taken by a member.

1. The person / business should be residents in the area of organization.
2. The person should be entitled to Indian contract agreement the law.
3. the person should be paid the Rs. 10 as entry fee and amount of ten part in advance that means 100 rs. as one part.
4. The Board of Directors has approved the application in writing to the person's membership should be prescribed.
