What is a Home Loan?
Home Loan is a Secured Loan offered against the security of a house/property which is funded by the Society loan, the property could be a personal property or a commercial one. The Home Loan is a loan taken by a borrower from the Society issued against the property/security intended to be bought on the part by the borrower giving the Society a conditional ownership over the property i.e. if the borrower is failed to pay back the loan, the Society can retrieve the lent money by selling the property.

Residence Limit As per eligible
Period 36 Months to 120 Months
Rate of Interest 16% per annum
Purpose
  1. Purchase of new house
Requirement:
  1. Ration Card / Light Bill / Telephone Bill
  2. Required New House purchase related documents.
  3. Income Certificate
      - Salaried Person: Salary slips of last 6 months
      - Self Employed: Financial Statements
  4. Income Tax returns for last 2 years or Form 16
  5. Copy of identity card (e.g. Pan Card, Driving Licenses etc.)
  6. Two Photo
  7. Two Guarantor and their identity card
